Melbourne Recital Centre: If words be made of breath

  • Melbourne Recital Centre (map)

Praised by The Guardian for ‘unmissable, urgent musicality’ and ‘quietly expressive virtuosity’, Australian voice-guitar duo Lotte Betts-Dean and Jesse Flowers have impressed audiences around the UK since winning the 2018 New Elizabethan Award.

With a shared interest in a broad variety of repertoire – encompassing early music, contemporary music, bossa nova and everything in between – the duo present a varied programme of new and old music celebrating the combination of voice and guitar.
