Presented by Opera Holland Park’s award-winning education and outreach team, Lotte takes the role of Ruth in a reduced and relaxed performance of Gilbert and Sullivan’s comic operetta about a leap year baby apprenticed to a pirate ship.

This new OHP Inspire project builds upon the 2015 Pirates of Penzance Intergenerational Project in local schools and care homes. Performances will take place every 20 miles or so between Kensington and Penzance, in traditional and unusual venues, and will be supported by Inspire workshops along the way. The tour leads up to a full production of The Pirates of Penzance in collaboration with Charles Court Opera in the Opera Holland Park 2020 Season, in which Lotte takes the role of Isabel.
